The Story

The Bronze Burr is a sculptural appliqué inspired by burr and briar-wood. The raw, knotted beauty of the root wood is immortalised in lost wax bronze, ephemeral and eternal—with a golden-bronze patina that highlights and elevates nature’s imperfect perfection.
