The Role

We’re looking for a Materials Store Manager who enjoys being close to craft and materials, and who takes pride in supporting a team of skilled makers. This is a hands‑on operational role where you’ll ensure the smooth flow of stock, components and finished pieces throughout our workshop. Working closely with the Group Procurement Manager and wider departments, you’ll keep materials moving, systems accurate and the environment organised and safe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily warehouse operations and support the team.
  • Liaise with departments to coordinate deliveries, works orders and stock requirements.
  • Ensure accurate ERP System (Emax) updates and maintain warehouse systems.
  • Manage incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments.
  • Pick, label and move stock precisely for live projects.
  • Maintain safe, organised storage across all units.
  • Monitor stock levels, run counts and report shortages.
  • Replenish consumables and keep records up to date.
  • Uphold Health & Safety and maintain a tidy, well‑run workspace.
