We are commissioned by celebrated interior decorators, collectors and discerning private individuals worldwide, and work with a deep respect for materials and traditional craftsmanship, resulting in sculptural works that are as functional as they are poetic.
We are looking for a capable and organised Marketing Administrator to join our team to help deliver marketing activities. This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys working collaboratively, pays close attention to detail, and wants to contribute to a creative and busy marketing function.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the marketing team with coordinating campaigns and daily activities.
- Assist with creating and scheduling digital content such as social media posts, newsletters, and website updates.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, mailing lists, and CRM/ERP systems.
- Liaise with suppliers to support the production and distribution of marketing materials and successful events and exhibitions.
- Collaborate with other teams including logistics, photography, and sales to coordinate press tours, content shoots, events, and exhibitions.
- Keep press agency and key partners informed of news, new pieces, and new photography.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, including assisting with reports and presentations.
- Provide administrative support, including updating calendars and trackers, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, filing, and managing marketing budgets and invoices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as adobe, social media, email marketing, and analytics would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
