Cast bronze chandelier

Taking inspiration from the heavily worked surfaces of post war European bronzes.The subject was inspired by  the great Italian poet Dante. The chandelier can be scaled up or down and extra tiers of arms incorporated.

Dark bronze. Also available in other custom finishes such as verdigris and antique silver

Finishing & Customisation at Cox London

Originally sculpted in clay the chandelier is s then molded and cast into bronze using a traditional form of casting process appropriated for thousands of years by sculptors and jewellers. When chased and assembled the bronze is then patinated using a  torch technique and colour developed with the use of heat and chemical application by brush.
