• Iron and glass Chandelier

    “Eclat” was inspired by similar gem-like chandeliers of the 1920s especially those made by the renowned Bagues in this period.  Eclat, meaning  to sparkle or shine, does just that. The wrought iron frame is gilded with cut glass flowers and stylised leaves.

  • Available in amber, clear and amethyst glass with gilt or silvered gilt metalwork.

  • Each metal component is cut lathed and shaped to construct the frame of the chandelier, which is then gilded and distressed. Different sized cut crystal leaves are applied on single stems and back lit by reflective gilt metal. Flowers and buds of hand woven, cut crystal drops are arranged in a bouquet springing from the central crystal urn.
